1. Institutional Commitment & Platform Scope
Criollo.Studio is dedicated to ensuring that our AI-powered business planning platform, autonomous research swarms, financial modeling engines, geospatial competitor radars, and executive presentation exports are universally accessible to all individuals. We view digital accessibility not merely as a regulatory requirement, but as an institutional engineering discipline, an architectural foundation, and a core human right.
This statement encompasses the entire web platform accessible at https://criollo.studio, including:
- Public marketing routes, landing pages, and interactive product workflow demonstrations.
- Official legal documentation, privacy policies, terms of service, and contact channels.
- Authentication workflows, account creation, and self-service credential management.
- The authenticated client application shell, including executive KPI dashboards, project configuration, and settings.
- Autonomous agent interfaces, including the Compass conversational advisor and intake interview pipelines.
- Generated investor deliverables and executive PDF business plan reports.
2. Conformance Declarations
The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 establish guidelines across four foundational principles: Perceivable, Operable, Understandable, and Robust (POUR). Criollo.Studio has been engineered, audited, and remediated to satisfy:
Conformance Level: WCAG 2.2 Level AA Substantially Conforming (with Level AAA Features)
All user-facing workflows, navigation landmarks, authentication mechanisms, geospatial competitor radars, financial pro-formas, and PDF export triggers satisfy Level A and Level AA success criteria, including all nine new criteria introduced in the W3C WCAG 2.2 Recommendation.
Additionally, Criollo.Studio proactively implements select Level AAA success criteria, including enhanced visual contrast ratios (> 10:1), full interaction-triggered reduced motion support (SC 2.3.3), and complete context-preserving link identification (SC 2.4.9).
3. Implemented Accessibility Architecture & Controls
Our engineering team has embedded accessibility directly into our design token system, core UI primitives, and continuous integration pipelines. The following 10 technical controls are active across the platform:
Keyboard Skip Navigation (SC 2.4.1)
A high-contrast skip bypass link (<SkipLink />) is rendered at the top of the DOM hierarchy (z-[100]), allowing keyboard and switch users to bypass navigation headers directly to the main content container.
Focus Visibility & Non-Obscuration (SC 2.4.7 & 2.4.11)
Configured html { scroll-padding-top: 5rem; } in global CSS ensuring focused headings or inputs are never obscured behind sticky navigation headers. Every interactive control maintains a high-contrast focus outline.
Touch Target Minimum 24×24px (SC 2.5.8)
All interactive controls meet or exceed 24×24 CSS pixels. Checkbox controls feature pseudo-element hit-area expansion (after:-inset-1.5) yielding 28×28px, switches measure 24×44px, and buttons range from 36px to 44px height.
Dragging Movement Alternatives (SC 2.5.7)
All interactive maps (OpenStreetMap) and dashboard grids provide single-pointer and keyboard-accessible alternatives to dragging: single-click Zoom In/Out buttons, single-click competitor centering, region jump pills, and Enter/Space keyboard controls.
Accessible Authentication (SC 3.3.8 & 3.3.7)
Zero cognitive function tests, distorted CAPTCHAs, or memory recall puzzles are required. Forms feature zero paste-blocking, supporting password managers and biometric passkeys seamlessly. Redundant data entry is eliminated via URL parameter pre-population.
Reduced Motion & Color Contrast (SC 2.3.3 & 1.4.3)
All CSS keyframe animations and product pipeline demos honor prefers-reduced-motion: reduce. Body text contrast exceeds 10:1 on dark surfaces and 12:1 on light surfaces, strictly surpassing WCAG Level AA and AAA thresholds.
Empty List Group Eradication (SC 1.3.1 & 4.1.2)
Eradicated sitewide empty list group containers by conditionally rendering the notification toast viewport only when active messages exist (toasts.length > 0). Decorative mockups are cleanly decoupled into presentation containers, preventing screen readers from announcing ghost form fields.
Speech-Input Alignment & Distinct Targets (SC 2.5.3 & 3.2.4)
All homepage and navigation anchors match their visible text to programmatic accessible names (aria-label="Criollo.Studio Home"), empowering speech-input users ("Click Home"). Destinational CTAs are disambiguated across subscription plans, registration, and sign-in.
Persistent Sitewide Navigation (SC 3.2.3 & ADA Title II)
Guaranteed all-time accessible navigation anchors to Accessibility (/accessibility), Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service across both public marketing footers, the authenticated dashboard sidebar footer (pinned below Help), and profile settings layouts.
Theme Isolation & Cartographic Armor (SC 1.4.8 & 1.4.11)
The authenticated dashboard is protected with scoped light-theme CSS tokens to eliminate dark-mode leakage upon back-navigation. Geospatial OpenStreetMap tiles are immune to raster inversion, maintaining high-contrast cartography and blue markers (#2563EB) with white center dots.
4. Standards Conformance Cross-Walk Matrix (WCAG, ADA, Section 508)

5. Assistive Technology Compatibility & Continuous Verification
Criollo.Studio is tested across major operating systems, web browsers, and screen reader pairings:
- NVDA (NonVisual Desktop Access) with Google Chrome and Mozilla Firefox on Windows 11.
- JAWS (Job Access With Speech) with Google Chrome on Windows 11.
- Apple VoiceOver with Safari and Chrome on macOS and iOS.
- Android TalkBack with Chrome on Android devices.
- Keyboard-Only Navigation: 100% of user workflows operable without a pointing device or mouse.
